A device for use in stimulating blood flow and providing stress relief. The device includes curved sides shaped to permit a user to rock back and forth on a flat surface. Five pair of handles are cut through the sides at various positions to help the user maintain a secure position while seated on the device and to facilitate aggressive modes of exercise.
