Each second strap also extends beyond the base to form a third extension and a fourth extension. The third and fourth extensions each have loops thereon spaced apart from one another. Each of a plurality of tightening straps are attached to the second extension of the first strap. Each tightening strap passes through one loop on each of the first, third and fourth extensions.
