The present invention features a safety seal for a liquid spray dispensing assembly consisting of a sprayer mechanism and a container. A typical spray dispensing assembly has a container with a threaded cylindrical neck defining a container opening, and a sprayer mechanism with a pump mounted onto a threaded cap and a dip tube which extends into the container when the cap is threadedly secured to the neck of the container.
