A wedge-base bulb socket which fixedly holds a wedge-base bulb and prevents it from rattling when the bulb is fitted to the wedge-base bulb socket, as well as prevents terminals provided in the socket from rattling. A bulb insertion hole is formed in a bulb socket portion so as to open at one end, and the hole is surrounded by a wall. Terminal strip holding portions are formed along an interior surface of the wall.
