A filler neck is provided for delivering fuel in a vehicle fuel tank. The filler neck includes a conduit that formed to be coupled to a fuel tank inlet and has neck passageway. A partition unit is positioned in the conduit to divide the neck passageway into an outer chamber and an inner chamber and includes a partition channel interconnecting the outer and inner chambers.
