A door securing device has a body adapted for mounting on the door frame with a generally rectangular plate adjacent the body opposite the frame. The plate is attached to an arbor that slides axially perpendicularly to the inside wall. It is controlled by a groove and lug camming arrangement and can be rotated a selected amount to allow limited axial movement in selected rotational positions.
