An ice cream twisting apparatus includes an elongated housing with a mixing chamber formed within the interior thereof. An inlet port extends through the top of the housing to the mixing chamber to provide soft serve ice cream to the mixing chamber. A blending rod is mounted for rotation in the mixing chamber and includes a central disk which divides injected ice cream into two separate mixing chambers.
