A first chain loop is disposed on the first side, at least a portion of the first chain moving at a selected angle with respect to the frame. A second chain loop disposed at the second side, at least a portion of the second chain moving at the selected angle with respect to the frame. A platform has at least a pair of diagonally opposed corners in which a first corner of the pair is attached to the first chain loop and a second corner of the pair is attached to the second chain loop. A means for controlling the movement of at least the first chain loop.
