A fluid system is connected to a three chamber fluid cylinder. The effective pressure responsive areas of two of the pressure chambers are equal such that when fluid at a selected rate of flow and at a predetermined pressure is communicated to one of the chambers, a force of a predetermined magnitude is generated to cause contraction of the fluid cylinder at a predetermined rate.
