The support bracket includes a channel having a top plate with a slot provided with a plurality of detents located along the slot. The attachment bracket includes a resilient finger having a button provided with a pair of detents. The attachment bracket is releasably secured within the channel such that the button is located within the slot and the projections are selectively located within the detents by the resilient finger.
