초록
A frame for holding a sandbag for facilitating the filling of a sandbag by one person. The frame has a generally rectangular support member which is held at an angle to the ground so that the top of the opening is higher than the bottom of the opening. The open end of a sandbag is inserted through the support member and folded back over it.
