A fitment for use on a container for dispensing liquids. The fitment provides a pouring spout and a drain back function and is secured within the container finish. The container finish has a neck with a rim and a shoulder. The fitment has an outer wall with upper and lower ends and with a frustoconical shape to ensure that a portion of the outer wall frictionally engages the container finish when the fitment is inserted into the container finish to prevent the fitment from being inserted completely through the neck of the container.
