A second arm also has first and second ends, an intermediate portion extending between the first and second ends and an attachment portion disposed in the intermediate portion. The first and second arms are pivotally attached to one another at the attachment portions thereof. A third arm has first and second end portions and an intermediate portion extending therebetween. The third arm portion is pivotally attached at an attachment portion to the intermediate portion of the second arm. A biasing system is coupled to the first, second and third arms and biases the first ends of the first and second arms toward one another and the second ends of the second and third arms toward one another.
