The reservoirs are mounted on substantially cylindrical bracelet-shaped means (8) with an elastically expansible diameter to support and press the reservoirs (1,2) against said skin during the treatment. The device includes a sensor which is fixed on the bracelet and is sensitive to the expansion of the bracelet in order to deliver a signal to the user.
