An aerosol dispensing container is provided having a container body attached to top and bottom closures wherein the top closure has a curl defining a valve opening. Disposed in the container opening is a generally cylindrical product bag having a neck portion projecting through the valve opening and forming a flange defining a bag opening, the flange being heat formed to conform to the surface configuration of the Curl after a top portion has been cut off.
