The receptacle compartment is adapted for holding a receiver of a communication device. The belt harness includes a shoulder strap having first and second portions. The first and second portions of the shoulder strap are secured to the pelvic belt at opposing locations so that pelvic belt is supported about the body of a user. A channel portion is disposed along an outer surface of the shoulder strap for securing features of the communication device.
