A release valve releases the liquid nitrogen from the pressure vessel into a housing to absorb latent heat and become nitrogen gas. A thermostat controls the release valve. A dehumidifying arrangement blows warmer air from outside the housing to mix with the nitrogen gas inside the housing to become a cooler air mixture. The dehumidifying arrangement further dehumidifies the cooler air mixture before directing the cooler air mixture to the atmosphere outside the housing.
