The cushion is shaped so that it tapers from the thickest portion at the center of the cushion outwardly toward the thinnest portion which is the point at which the front portion meets the rear portion. The shape is designed for providing support for the neck while not restricting or interfering with the neck and jaw when the driver turns his head to either side. A strap is provided which is used to attach an position the cushion onto the seat back.
