The modification of a spring loaded retractable mechanism currently used for wire to facilitate the quick dispensing and retraction of an oxygen supply hose for medical oxygen therapy and medical oxygen treatment devises. An adaptor is developed to permit the adaptor to be connected to a supply hose reel top surface.
