A water cooler is provided having a cabinet with water spigots and a door for accessing a refrigeration unit. The refrigeration unit includes a freezer compartment and may also include an icemaker. The cabinet interior contains a water reservoir which is supplied with water from a water bottle inverted in the top of the cabinet.
