An electrical connector 2 includes a connector housing 4, terminals 40 positioned in the housing 4 and a rear secondary locking member 50. Both the terminals 40 and the secondary locking member are inserted into the housing 4 through the rear end. In a prelatched configuration, the rear secondary locking member 50 provides clearance for terminal insertion.
