The piston has a plurality of annular grooves thereon, and a plurality of O-rings are loosely restrained respectively in the annular grooves. Thus, the O-rings are axially movable within the grooves prior to moving with respect to the housing, so as to reduce the hysteresis which normally accompanies movement of the piston within the housing.
