A non-closable device with no movable parts which fits on to twist top beverage bottles reducing the size of the opening and flow of liquid from the bottle. The piece in itself consists entirely of molded plastic. Threading on the interior of the base cylinder (6) enables the unit to be screwed on to the bottle. A spout member (4) with slotted aperture (2) enables liquid to flow through the device at a decreased volume and rate.
