F. to about 150.degree. F.;storing the heated extract or concentrate at a temperature of about 110.degree. F. to 150.degree. F. for at least about 10 days;diluting the stored concentrate to prepare a ready to drink tea beverage of about 0.06% to about 0.3% tea solids.
