A liquid dispensing device including a body generally having an actuator cavity and a liquid passage. A valve seat element is connected to the body and a valve stem is mounted for movement within the body with respect to the valve seat element. Inner and outer magnetic elements are disposed around the periphery of the valve stem to couple the valve stem to the valve actuator.
