A multistage push button for a pneumatic tool is provided to control the magnitude of air pressure introduced into the pneumatic tool at different stages. The push button includes a main rod movably mounted in a seat of the push button and having a diameter-reduced middle portion and an inclined shoulder portion behind the middle portion.
