A multi-flavor post-mix dispense head includes a nozzle having a plurality of concentrate inlet ports for directing concentrate(s) to a plurality of outlet ports; and a diluent inlet port for directing a diluent to an annular outlet port, surrounding the concentrate outlet ports.
