A food service kiosk is provided in the shape of a vehicle wherein the engine compartment is used for storage of enough water for food preparation and subsequent cleanup without leaving the food service site. A three-hole sink, a hand sink and a mop sink are located within the body section of the food service kiosk. Gray water from the three-hole sink drains into the mop sink which drains into the gray water tank.
