For creating such an arrangement, in which the user's body is anatomically correctly supported such that the body can relax and no pressure points are formed, the base part consists of a transversely stiff but longitudinally flexible material and is implemented, for example, by a thin, corrugated spring plate made of spring steel, carbon fibers, glass fibers or kevlar fibers, titanium and the like.
