Preferably, the insertable member slides in and out of the hollow member, so that a dimension of the bar can be varied. The bar assembly of the present invention also includes telescopically engaged end members, one at each end of the mechanism. A length of the end members can be varied, such that the depth of the mechanism may be varied.
