Disclosed is a premix injector for mixing air and fuel and injecting the mixture into a combustion chamber. The premix injector includes an air blast fuel nozzle, a venturi, and a premix chamber. The venturi extends from an inlet to an exit which is in fluid communication with a combustion chamber.
