An adjustable multi-purpose wagon canopy used to shade wagon occupants from the sun. The wagon canopy comprises: support members which are releasably connected to a wagon using mounting bracket assemblies rigidly fixed to the wagon; and a cover which is attached to the support members using a variety of attachment methods.
