An athletic trainer is designed to exercise a wide variety of muscle groups and has a skirt that fits onto the shoulders of a user and a wrap that encompasses the user's torso section. A pair of elastic cords are connected between the skirt and the wrap on the front of the device, while another pair of elastic cords are attached to the back portion of the skirt and are coupled to the wrap at each cord's medial portion.
