The present invention pertains to a method of flying and a means of securing pennants, logos, flags or indicia on a vehicle. It is desired in some special cases to display pennants, logos, flags or indicia on a vehicle. The vehicle mounting bracket used for this purpose according to the present invention can secure said pennant, logo, flag or indicia, at one end, and at the other end be attached onto the door, trunk, hood or window of a vehicle.
