Each coupling member includes a swing valve which is movable from a closed, sealed position to an open position which is out of flow-obstructing relation with the flow passageway. An actuator mechanism is provided for moving the swing valves from the closed position to the open position while simultaneously locking the coupling members in tightly sealed relation.
