A lap-tray and picnic-supply case made of light material has a case receptacle (1) with a lap-tray lid (2) attached removably. The lap-tray lid has a lid-plate cradle (3) intermediate a bowl end with a lid-bowl cradle (4) and a cup end with a lid-cup cradle (5). Between the lid-bowl cradle and the lid-plate cradle is a first lid-utensil cradle (6) and between the lid-cup cradle and the lid-plate cradle is a second lid-utensil cradle (7).
