A device, comprising:(a) an elastic pliant bottle defining a single bottle chamber having an upper portion and a lower portion; (b) an air intake orifice through the bottle in fluid communication with the lower portion of the bottle chamber; (c) a first one way valve in fluid communication with the air intake orifice effective for preventing the flow of air out of the bottle chamber through the air intake orifice; (d) an aerator within the bottle chamber in sealing fluid communication with the air intake orifice; (e) a foam exit port from the bottle chamber in fluid communication with the upper portion; and (f) a second one way valve in fluid communication with the foam exit port effective for preventing the flow of air into the bottle chamber through the foam exit port; (g) wherein (i) air is drawn into the bottle chamber through the air intake orifice and foam is formed when the bottle resumes an original shape after being deformed, and (ii) foam is expelled from bottle chamber through the foam exit port when the bottle is again deformed.
