The stun gun is an electrical self-defense device that uses high voltage to stop the attacking dog or animal by touching it with the prongs of its staff in turning on an electrical pulse generator to immobilize the dog or animal with a very low amperage, high voltage pulse of high frequency to make its muscles work rapidly, although not efficiently.
