A process for locally linking optical and acoustic signals in an audiovisual apparatus and an arrangement comprising a plurality of electro-acoustic transducers are described. There are known audiovisual apparatuses capable of multichannel sound reproduction, wherein, however, no satisfactory local linkage takes place between optical and acoustic signals.
