A handlebar joint, comprises a disc seat, a rotating disc and a clutch disposed between both of them and having flexible element that passes through a handlebar. In a normal coupling position, the two end of the clutch is coupled to the disc seat and the rotating disc so as to keep the handlebar relatively unmoved; and in the releasing position, the clutch does not couple with the disc seat, therefore, the handlebar can be bent.
