The present invention provides a coating composition comprising a) one or more polyester resins (A), b) one or more polyacrylate resins (B), c) one or more di- and/or polyisocyanates (C) having free or blocked isocyanate groups, d) one or more light stabilizers (L1) based on a UV absorber, e) one or more light stabilizers (L2) based on sterically hindered amines, and f) one or more organic solvents (D), where 1.) the polyester (A) has an OH number of from 80 to 200 mg KOH/g and an acid number <10 mg KOH/g, 2.) the polyacrylate resin (B) has an OH number of from 80 to 200 mg KOH/g and an acid number <20 mg KOH/g, 3.) the light stabilizer (L2) based on sterically hindered amines is amino ether functionalized, and 4.) the light stabilizer (L1) is included herein in an amount of at least 3% by weight, based on the coating composition.

The present invention provides a coating composition comprising a) one or more polyester resins (A), b) one or more polyacrylate resins (B), c) one or more di- and/or polyisocyanates (C) having free or blocked isocyanate groups, d) one or more light stabilizers (L1) based on a UV absorber, e) one or more light stabilizers (L2) based on sterically hindered amines, and f) one or more organic solvents (D), where 1.) the polyester (A) has an OH number of from 80 to 200 mg KOH/g and an acid number 1to C6,COOCnH2n+1with n up to 10, and the like, wherein Z' and/or Z" may be the same, and wherein R' and R" are --CH3,or CH2CHY2,where Y is H, a weak electron-releasing group or a strong electron-withdrawing group selected from alkyl groups with C1to C6,OH, CN, a halogen, OCnH2n+1with n less than 4, OOCCH3and wherein R' and R" may be the same or different, and (e) at least one reducing agent as described in (a), (b), (c) or (d) in combination with at least one para-toluidine, said para-toluidine being in an amount up to 30 mole percent of the total amount of reducing agent in the adhesive and having the following formula: wherein R' and R" are --CH3,or CH2CHY2,where Y is H, a weak electron-releasing group or a strong electron-withdrawing group selected from alkyl groups with C1to C6,OH, CN, a halogen, OCnH2+1with n less than 4, OOCCH3and R' and R" may be the same or different. 2. The adhesive composition of claim 1, wherein said adhesive part further comprises carboxylic acids, retarders and/or chain transfer agents, and wherein said activator part further comprises carriers, thickening agents and/or pigments. 3. The adhesive composition of claim 1 wherein said acrylic and/or methacrylic monomers are of the following general structure: Methacrylate esters: and Acrylate esters: CH2=CH--COOR, where R=CnH2n+1,and where n=1, 2, 3, . . . 20, and wherein low molecular weight monomers are those of said monomers where n≤2, and high molecular weight monomers are those of said monomers where n>2. 4. The low molecular weight monomers of claim 3 wherein n=1. 5. The high molecular weight monomers of claim 3 wherein n=10 to 18. 6. The adhesive composition of claim 3 wherein said low molecular weight monomers are present in a range of from 80 to 100 weight percent of the monomers, and wherein said high molecular weight monomers are present in a range of from 0 to 20 weight percent of the monomers. 7. The adhesive composition of claim 3 wherein said low molecular weight monomers are present in a range of from 86 to 100 weight percent of the monomers, and wherein said high molecular weight monomers are present in a range of from 0 to 14 weight percent of the monomers. 8. The adhesive composition of claim 1 wherein said adhesive part comprises said acrylate and/or methacrylate monomers in a range of about 55% to 75% by weight. 9. The adhesive composition of claim 1 wherein said adhesive part comprises acrylate and/or methacrylate monomers in a range of 58% to 68% by weight. 10. The adhesive composition of claim 1 wherein said adhesive part comprises acrylate and/or methacrylate monomers in a range of 60% to 65% by weight. 11. The adhesive composition of claim 1, wherein said reducing agent comprises at least one aniline having the following formula: wherein R' and R" are --CH3or --C2H5and may be same or different. 12. The adhesive composition of claim 1, wherein said reducing agent comprises at least one ortho-toluidine or meta-toluidine having the following formulas: wherein for ortho-toluidines, R' and R" are only --CH3,for meta-toluidines, R' and R" are --CH3,or CH2CHY2,where Y is H, a weak electron-releasing group or a strong electron-withdrawing group selected from alkyl groups with C1to C6,OH, CN, a halogen, OCnH2n+1with n less than 4, OOCCH3and wherein R' and R" may be the same or different. 13. The adhesive composition of claim 1, wherein said reducing agent comprises at least one substituted meta-aniline or substituted para-aniline having one of the following formulas: wherein R'" is a halogen, OR where R ha
