A flat panel display assembly as described in claim 18 wherein said reflective coating is comprised of silicon di-oxide. 21. A flat panel display assembly as described in claim 18 wherein said flat panel display layer is a liquid crystal display (LCD). 22. A flat panel display assembly as described in claim 18 wherein said flat panel display layer is coated with phosphorous material.
