The traction control method according to claim 18, wherein the upper limit of the rate of increasing the braking force is set in accordance with an engine revolution speed and the drive force applied to the drive wheel. 20. The traction control method according to claim 19, wherein the upper limit of the rate of increasing the braking force is corrected in accordance with the speed reduction ratio of the transmission apparatus.
