A method of fabricating a screening screen assembly for a vibratory screening machine including the steps of providing a support screen, superimposing a plastic grid onto the support screen, superimposing a finer screening screen onto the fine screening screen, applying heat and pressure to the superimposed screens to fuse the plastic grid and thereby form a flat bonded laminate subassembly by causing the fused plastic grid to permeate the fine screen and the finer screen and the support screen, forming the bonded laminate subassembly into an undulating shape, providing an apertured plate, and bonding the undulating bonded subassembly to the apertured plate. A screening screen assembly having ridges and troughs wherein the undersides of the troughs are secured to aligned plate members of the plate.

A method of screening material comprising the steps of providing a plurality of undulating screen assemblies each having ridges and troughs of substantially identical external cross sectional configurations with said ridges and troughs having first and second opposite ends, mounting said plurality of undulating screen assemblies in end-to-end adjacent relationship on the bed of a vibratory screening machine with said substantially identical external cross sectional configurations of said ridges and troughs of said plurality of undulating screen assemblies being in alignment, depositing material to be screened on one of said undulating screen assemblies, and causing said material deposited on said undulating screen assemblies to travel lengthwise of said aligned substantially identical external cross sectional configurations of said ridges and troughs of said plurality of screen assemblies and to pass continuously from at least one screen assembly onto the end of an adjacent screen assembly. 2. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 1 wherein said ridges have sealed ends. 3. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 1 wherein each of said screen assemblies comprises a support screen and a fine screening screen in superimposed relationship, spaced areas of plastic fused into said superimposed support screen and fine screen to form a bonded assembly with unobstructed areas of said superimposed support screen and fine screen between said spaced areas of plastic, and said bonded assembly being formed into said undulating screen assembly having ridges and troughs. 4. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 3 wherein said ridges have sealed ends. 5. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 3 wherein said areas of fused plastic are yieldable. 6. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 5 wherein said ridges have sealed ends. 7. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 3 wherein said plurality of screen assemblies are oscillated substantially only in a direction lengthwise of said ridges and troughs. 8. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 7 wherein said ridges have sealed ends. 9. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 8 wherein said areas of fused plastic are yieldable. 10. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 5 wherein each of the screen assemblies include a finer screening screen which is finer than said fine screen positioned over said fine screen and fused into said spaced areas of plastic. 11. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 10 wherein said ridges have sealed ends. 12. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 11 wherein said spaced areas of plastic are yieldable. 13. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 12 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid. 14. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 10 wherein said spaced areas of plastic are yieldable. 15. A method of screening material as set forth in claim 14 wherein said areas of plastic comprise a grid.
