The method of claim 20 wherein the re-arranging of the data elements of the received Kerdock code vector comprises re-arranging the data elements of the received Kerdock code vector in accordance with the Table. 23. The method of claim 20 wherein the coset leaders comprise coset leaders substantially as set out in Appendix C. 24.
