The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a check valve positioned on the isolation container for discharging gas from the isolation container. 4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pump assembly comprises a pump and a motor. 5. The apparatus of claim 4, further including a fluid path around the motor. 6. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the pump is an electric pump and includes a conductor supplying electrical power thereto from the well surface. 7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the isolation container is a pressure vessel and pressure therein is isolated form the wellbore therearound. 8. A method for injecting fluid into a formation while isolating the fluid from the wellbore, comprising: locating and containing a predetermined amount of fluid in a tubular string, the fluid releasable from an upper portion of the tubular string to a lower portion of the tubular string at a predetermined time; installing an isolation jacket with a pump assembly therein at a downhole end of the tubular string; installing a packer on the tubular string below the jacket; inserting the tubular string into the wellbore, the tubular string supported in the wellbore by wireline; setting the packer in the wellbore at a predetermined location; releasing the fluid into the jacket by means of a remote valve; and pumping the fluid through a tubular extending from the jacket through the packer therebelow. 9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising venting gas in the isolation jacket through a check valve positioned on the isolation container. 19950700, Connell; US-5439320, 19950800, Abrams, 405/154; US-5454419, 19951000, Vloedman; US-5467822, 19951100, Zwart, 166/179; US-5472055, 19951200, Simson et al., 166/382; US-5494106, 19960200, Gueguen et al., 166/277; US-5507343, 19960400, Carlton et al., 166/277; US-5535824, 19960700, Hudson, 166/207; US-5536422, 19960700, Oldiges et al.; US-5606792, 19970300, Schafer, 029/727; US-5613557, 19970300, Blount et al., 166/277; US-5617918, 19970400, Cooksey et al., 166/115; US-5664327, 19970900, Swars; US-5667011, 19970900, Gill et al., 166/295; US-5667252, 19970900, Schafer et al., 285/015; US-5685369, 19971100, Ellis et al.; US-5695008, 19971200, Bertet et al., 166/187; US-5718288, 19980200, Bertet et al., 166/287; US-5785120, 19980700, Smalley et al., 166/055; US-5787933, 19980800, Russ et al.; US-5791419, 19980800, Valisalo, 175/053; US-5794702, 19980800, Nobileau, 166/380; US-5829520, 19981100, Johnson, 166/250.01; US-5829524, 19981100, Flanders et al.; US-5833001, 19981100, Song et al.; US-5857524, 19990100, Harris; US-5875851, 19990300, Vick, Jr. et al., 166/386; US-5885941, 19990300, Sateva et al.; US-5901789, 19990500, Donnelly et al., 166/381; US-5918677, 19990700, Head; US-5924745, 19990700, Campbell, 285/090; US-5944107, 19990800, Ohmer, 166/313; US-5951207, 19990900, Chen; US-5957195, 19990900, Bailey et al., 166/055; US-5979560, 19991100, Nobileau, 166/381; US-5984369, 19991100, Crook et al.; US-5984568, 19991100, Lohbeck, 403/375; US-6012522, 20000100, Donnelly et al., 166/276; US-6012523, 20000100, Campbell et al., 166/277; US-6012874, 20000100, Groneck et al.; US-6017168, 20000100, Fraser et al.; US-6021850, 20000200, Wood et al., 166/380; US-6029748, 20000200, Forsyth et al., 166/380; US-6044906, 20000400, Saltel, 166/187; US-6047505, 20000400, Willow; US-6050341, 20000400, Metcalf, 166/383; US-6056059, 20000500, Ohmer, 166/313; US-6065500, 20000500, Metcalfe, 138/118; US-6070671, 20000600, Cumming et al., 166/381; US-6074133, 20000600, Kelsey; US-6078031, 20000600, Bliault et al., 219/607; US-6079495, 20000600, Ohmer, 166/313; US-6085838, 20000700, Vercaemer et al., 166/277; US-6089320, 20000700, LaGrange, 166/313; US-60
