The fastening strips (130, 131) are occluded and deoccluded by moving the first fastening strip (130) relative to the second fastening strip (131) in substantially the vertical Z axis (164). The fastening strips (130, 131) may also move in the Y axis (162), rotate or deflect during occlusion.
