A reproducing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said empty area is DSI and PCI in a navigation pack in the DVD standard. 6. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said empty area is PGCI and PCI in a navigation pack in the DVD standard. 7. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said empty area includes URL information. 8. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said empty area includes ID information replaceable with URL information. 9. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising a section configured to acquire URL information on the basis of said ID information. 10. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein more than one piece of URL information is correlated to said ID information. 11. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 10, further comprising a selection section configured to select said URL information on the basis of date data, general parameters, nation codes, and parental levels. 12. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein more than one URL is correlated to said empty area. 13. A reproducing apparatus according to claim 12, further comprising updating section configured to update said URL information on the basis of date data, general parameters, nation codes, and parental levels. 14. A reproducing apparatus comprising: a first acquisition section configured to acquire, based on units of marked display regions, access information blocks that are composed of a table provided separately from stream data, that contains references wherein said references include references to different external contents and to selected external contents associated with the stream data which is provided from a medium; a reproduction section configured to reproduce the acquired stream data; a second acquisition section configured to acquire the external contents by referral to the access information blocks; and an output section configured to output the acquired external contents in synchronization with the reproduction of the stream data. 15. A reproducing apparatus comprising: a first acquisition section configured to acquire, based on units of marked display regions, access information blocks that include parental information to limit display according to parental levels and contain references to selected external contents associated with stream data which is provided from a medium; a reproduction section configured to reproduce the acquired stream data; a second acquisition section configured to acquire the external contents by referral to the access information blocks; and an output section configured to output the acquired external contents in synchronization with the reproduction of the stream data. 16. A reproducing apparatus comprising: a first acquisition section configured to acquire, based on units of marked display regions, access information blocks that are embedded in an empty area in title information on a medium and said access information blocks contain references to selected external contents associated with stream data which is provided from a medium; a reproduction section configured to reproduce the acquired stream data; a
