A heat pump cycle according to claim 7, wherein said second pressure reducing unit includes a valve body opening and closing a valve port, said valve body has the fixed throttle portion, said valve body closes said valve port at the time of the heating operation, and said valve body fully opens said valve port at the time of the cooling operation. 9. A heat pump cycle according to claims 1, wherein the refrigerant is carbon dioxide. 10. A heat pump cycle according to claim 1, wherein said accumulator and said internal heat exchanger are unified. 11. A heat pump cycle according to claim 1 wherein refrigerant flows from the compressor to the indoor heat exchanger and then to the internal heat exchanger during the heating operation.
