The assembly of claim 1, wherein the sheet is fixed to the second panel proximate the plurality of fixed edges by an adhesive. 23. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the second panel at least partially overlays the sheet. 24. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the second panel is fixed to the first panel by an adhesive. 25. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the aperture includes a notch dimensioned to receive a human finger. 26. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the first panel defines an opening dimensioned to receive a human finger. 27.
